E-PAN

E-PAN facility has been provided by the GOVT of INDIA to those people who have a valid AADHAR Number and the data from the same will be fetched and E-PAN will be issued in the form of PDF.

As per the Section 139A of Income Tax Act 1961 

Person must have only single PAN & in case person having more than one PAN , then as per Sec 272B(1) the Penalty of Rs. 10,000/- will be attracted.
